Regional Sales Manager, Northeast and Mid –Atlantic U.S. Creston Water Solutions · Location: Remote within Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Region · Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer About the Role Creston is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee regional business development for its electrochlorination systems for brine applications. This role provides strategic sales leadership to serve municipal clients in the water and wastewater sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by stakeholders in this industry. This position requires frequent engagement with engineering teams, plant operators, and installation professionals to ensure Creston’s solutions are aligned with market needs and deliver long-term value. Responsibilities · Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets · Identify and pursue sales opportunities and close sales · Cultivate and manage relationships with key municipal accounts and representatives · Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and technical presentations · Collaborate with executive leadership to support regional campaigns and brand positioning · Understand and stay updated on company’s products and services · Maintain CRM Documentation · Comply with ethical sales practices Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental, or related discipline required) · Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the water and wastewater industry · Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or product leadership roles · Strong knowledge of disinfection technologies and plant operations · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% across assigned region · Must reside within the region Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Mileage reimbursement • Paid time off • Travel reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
