About the role: We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Manager of Vertical Product Marketing to own and scale Cresta’s positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for Insurance and Travel & Hospitality. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing and will play a critical role in shaping how Cresta positions, sells, and grows in two of our most strategic verticals. Responsibilities: You’ll own the development and continuous refinement of Cresta’s positioning and messaging for the Insurance and Travel & Hospitality, translating our platform capabilities into clear, differentiated industry narratives that resonate with buyers, operators, and executives You’ll develop and maintain deep industry and buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of industry-specific pain points, priorities, and decision dynamics to ensure our messaging drives relevance and confidence in deals You’ll partner closely across product, sales, solutions, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute industry-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth You’ll bring new product capabilities and innovations to market through an industry lens, leading vertical launches and creating the sales enablement and supporting materials needed to drive adoption and impact Your deep understanding of how our wins and losses vary by industry, use case, and buyer will help you provide a data-driven point of view to influence product roadmap priorities, sharpen our positioning, and optimize our vertical strategy over time You love to move fast, get your hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help Cresta win in complex, high-impact industries Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, with deep domain knowledge of the Insurance and / or Travel & Hospitality industries Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and AI Agents Experience in hypergrowth scale-ups Unique Opportunity: Tons of white space to make an impact Significant opportunity to shape and scale how Cresta goes to market in two of its most strategic industries, with meaningful ownership and visibility from day one Cresta’s platform depth and ability to deliver differentiated AI-driven outcomes across complex customer conversations is a core competitive advantage, and you’ll play a critical role in translating that sophistication into clear, compelling industry narratives that drive adoption, pipeline, and growth Product marketing at Cresta is entering its next phase of maturity, creating meaningful opportunities to build new programs, influence cross-functional strategy, and expand impact beyond a single set of products or launches The right individual can earn the opportunity to grow a vertical solutions team under them as Cresta continues to scale Perks & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation at Cresta: Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
