Our valued customers include brands like Intuit, Cox Communications, Hilton, and Carmax and we’ve been recognized by Forbes and Bain Consulting as one of the top private AI companies in the world. Join us on this thrilling journey to revolutionize the workforce with AI. The future of work is here, and it's at Cresta. About the Role: As an Integrations Product Manager at Cresta, you’ll own one of our most strategic frontiers: connecting our AI Agent to the systems that power real customer interactions. You’ll lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution of integrations with CCaaS platforms to deliver an omnichannel experience and enable human-AI collaboration at enterprise scale—working closely with engineering, GTM, solution architecture, customer executives, and platform partners. Beyond CCaaS, you’ll push the frontier of AI-first integration by leveraging emerging protocols like MCP to radically accelerate how Forward Deployed Engineers connect Cresta to core systems across key verticals. By 10x-ing our speed to integrate, you’ll directly shape Cresta’s competitive advantage and help bring intelligent, production-ready AI Agents to more industries and use cases faster than ever. What You’ll Do: Roadmapping: Prioritize CCaaS platforms (e.g., voice, chat, SMS) for Cresta’s AI Agent integrations based on contractual obligations, market traction, and internal requirements. Execution: Lead multiple engineering teams to design scalable implementation approaches, build CCaaS integrations efficiently, and deliver integrations on time to ensure timely launch of AI Agents. Customer Interface: Serve as the liaison between Cresta’s engineering team and the customer’s business and technical teams. This involves running discovery sessions, driving key decisions, and educating customers on Cresta’s integration approach. Product Strategy: Develop strategies (e.g., leveraging MCP, iPaaS) for Cresta AI Agents to integrate quickly and with minimal effort with external systems (e.g., CRMs, homegrown systems of record, airline booking systems) across all verticals. Partnership: Strategize and execute business and technical arrangements with external partners and platforms to accelerate integrations. Developer Experience: Enhance the developer experience for integrating with external systems, with the goal of enabling any Forward Deployed Engineer to complete a new system integration within one day (except CCaaS). Verticalized Execution: Partner with Forward Deployed Product Managers and the GTM team to prioritize verticals based on the prevalence of systems in those markets. Lead engineering teams to tailor integration approaches and drive actual integrations in the prioritized verticals. SDK: Define the SDK strategy and scope core capabilities to support technical users consuming Cresta’s AI Agent (e.g., in a mobile app). What We’re Looking For: Technical Background: Prior working experience in a technical capacity (e.g., Software Engineer / Solutions Architect) or a technical educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering). Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the technical details. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, effectively coordinating multiple internal and external technical teams. Product Leadership: Working experience in product management, specifically leading technical products from conception through launch (ideally at a SaaS company). Technical Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of success in customer-facing roles, including presentations and technical discussions with executives. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales), customers, and technology partners. High Agency: A proactive, ownership mindset—comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy at a fast pace. Bonus Points: CCaaS Experience: Working knowledge of integrating with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) across channels (e.g., voice, chat, SMS, email). iPaaS Experience: Experience working with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions (e.g., Zapier, Prismatic) that specifically support MCP. Developer Experience: Direct experience in building and growing a developer ecosystem (e.g., APIs, documentation, sandboxes). Generative AI Protocols: Working knowledge of key Generative AI protocols and standards (e.g., MCP, A2A, or similar industry protocols). AI Agent Knowledge: Working knowledge of AI Agent, especially around how function tools should be built. SDK Development: Hands-on experience building or managing the development of SDKs in either an engineering or product capacity. Product Strategy: Strong skills in developing and executing product strategy, especially for platform or integration products. Perks & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation at Cresta Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people.
