We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team to support the large-scale modernization effort for a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) system with massive national impact.. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the organization and coordination of the project, ensuring that all aspects are on track and aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of program plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure clear communication among stakeholders. Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are properly maintained and updated. Support the team in tracking project budgets and expenditures, assisting with financial reporting. Assist in risk management activities, identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for project-related inquiries. Education and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or project management. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Must have an active Public Trust clearance, Secret is preferred. Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software.
