Job Description: To be successful as a Front Desk Receptionist, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with general office support. • Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers. • Greet visitors and direct them to their proper destination. • Perform various clerical tasks such as mailings, typing reports, distributing mail, and preparing correspondence. • Monitor security systems or procedures. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 months of general office procedures experience preferred. Bilingual a plus.
