Creatunity LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Phone Sales Manager to join our vibrant team! In this key role, you will drive our phone sales initiatives, increase customer engagement, and lead a passionate sales team to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives, providing training and guidance to help them meet their sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that align with our business goals. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the sales process. Oversee daily operations of the phone sales department, ensuring that representatives provide outstanding customer service. Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions with sales efforts. Handle escalation and resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
