Metro Detroit, Michigan / Toledo, Ohio Full-Time | Salary (Exempt) About the Role We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through execution. This role combines accurate estimating, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project delivery for trade shows, exhibits, and event-related initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing client needs, timelines, and budgets—this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Estimating & Pre-Sale: • Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals across manufacturing, events, and multimedia services. • Partner with sales, design, and account teams to align scope, budget, and timelines. • Source vendor pricing and define materials, labor, and production requirements. • Ensure all estimates clearly outline timelines, exclusions, and deliverables. Project Management: • Lead projects from kickoff through completionon time and within budget. • Coordinate with engineering, production, and show-site teams. • Monitor schedules, budgets, and work orders to maintain quality standards. • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. General Responsibilities: • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. • Support event logistics and production planning. • Maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and reporting tools. What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience in project management, trade shows, or exhibit production. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
