Salary: $130,000-$150,000 + 10-15% bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out • Our client is a forward-thinking broadcast media company currently undergoing a transformational acquisition, expanding its portfolio by over 200+ digital assets. • This is a newly created position due to rapid growth—your chance to build and shape the FP&A function. • You'll report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally with corporate and divisional leadership. • High visibility role with exposure to M&A strategy, forecasting, investor communications, and more. • Excellent career development potential within a company recognized as one of the top 10 broadcasters in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Of The Manager Of FP&A • Lead the annual budgeting process for all business units and manage consolidated reporting. • Provide operational variance analysis and executive-level insights during monthly/quarterly close. • Develop forecasting models and financial dashboards to track key KPIs. • Maintain and improve a 3-statement financial model for M&A and scenario planning. • Prepare bank reporting, leverage calculations, MD&A commentary, and board/investor materials. • Support strategic initiatives with detailed ad hoc analysis. • Manage and mentor the FP&A analyst, setting clear objectives and expectations. Qualifications For The Manager Of FP&A • 5+ years of experience in audit, investment firms, or financial planning roles. • Proven experience with complex financial modeling and performance analytics. • CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. • Strong business acumen and communication skills, with ability to work across all levels of the organization. • Experience in digital or media industries is a plus. #ManagerofFP&A #FP&AJobs #FinanceLeadership #AccountingJobs #StrategicFinance #INJULY2025
