Manage day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, month/year-end close, audit coordination, compliance reporting, policy development, and staff leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5-7 years relevant accounting experience with 2+ years managerial experience, strong Excel skills, and preferably experience with Ellucian Colleague.

Key Responsibilities Include • Managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, journal entries, and month/year-end close processes. • Supporting audit coordination and preparing IRS 990 filings, sales/use tax returns, and other compliance reports. • Overseeing NCAA financial reporting and ensuring adherence to Uniform Guidance, GAAP, and FASB standards. • Contributing to policy development, maintaining strong internal controls, and staying current with regulatory changes. • Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to accounting staff. Qualifications We Are Seeking • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience. 2+ years Managerial experience required • Strong Excel skills; experience with Ellucian Colleague is a plus. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently. #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS
