Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid) Salary Range: $130,000–$180,000 annually (DOE) Our client is a fast-paced, tech-forward organization focused on scaling operations through smart systems and data-driven decision-making. They’re seeking a FinOps Reporting Architect to lead the buildout of their reporting infrastructure and empower long-term analytics success. Role Overview As the FinOps Reporting Architect, you’ll design and implement reporting systems from scratch, with a focus on Power BI or similar platforms. You’ll work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to prioritize data needs, build KPIs, and train a permanent analyst to take over. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and knows how to balance autonomy with clear communication. Responsibilities • Serve as the FinOps Reporting Architect leading the end-to-end buildout of reporting tools and dashboards • Collaborate with IT to understand backend systems and SQL access • Prioritize reporting needs based on business workflows and strategic goals • Build scalable KPIs and reporting frameworks tailored to finance and operations • Train and transition reporting responsibilities to a permanent analyst • Consolidate daily communication and provide clear status updates • Lead weekly meetings with leadership, presenting insights and progress • Troubleshoot independently and make informed decisions without constant oversight • Advise on BI product selection and architecture as the FinOps Reporting Architect • Embrace a casual yet high-performance culture focused on innovation and growth • Act as the FinOps Reporting Architect who connects systems knowledge with operational finance expertise • Ensure reporting aligns with business goals and supports strategic decision-making • Be the go-to FinOps Reporting Architect for analytics implementation and cross-functional collaboration • Ultimately, act as the FinOps Reporting Architect who builds, trains, and transitions a robust reporting ecosystem Qualifications • 5+ years in finance/operations analytics with hands-on systems experience • Proven ability to build Power BI (or similar) solutions from scratch • Strong SQL skills and backend data fluency • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working across all levels of an organization • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment #INSEP2025 #ZRCFSTECH
