Lead all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audit, and process improvements while advising executive leadership and managing finance teams.
Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years senior management experience, strong ERP skills, financial process design expertise, and ability to manage multi-P&L operations.

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred • 5+ years of senior-level management experience • Experience managing multi-P&L operations • Proven ability to design and implement financial processes • Hands-on experience migrating to a new financial software package; strong ERP skills a must #INSEP2025 #CBSEP2025 #ZRCFS
