Can shift times around to meet personal needs; perfect for balancing family responsibilities with work. • True fully remote option Key Highlights & Job Duties • Participate in discussion and share ideas for delivering more value to clients, improving the client experience, and increasing team efficiency. • Be a first point of contact for clients as they call in with questions and operational needs. • Implement account openings, money movement, and various paperwork items for clients • Maintain and organize client details in several software systems such as Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail, Albridge OneView, MindJet Mindmanager, and eMoney Advisor • Serve as Executive Assistant to 2 lead advisors Desired Qualifications and Characteristics • At least 4 years of operations for a financial advisor, financial planner, or wealth management team • Possess a “no task is beneath me attitude” • Exhibit superior problem-solving skills and ability to sometimes complete projects with minimal guidance/assistance • Embody strong initiative and desire to identify and implement projects that would benefit the team • Possess ability to seamlessly switch between client servicing, team management and operations work • Intellectually curious and a quick learner.
