Our client in the sleep and consumer goods industry is looking for a Visual Designer. This is a 40 hour/week role that starts Oct. 1 and goes through March 2026. This role is remote. You must work EST hours. Requirements • D2C or CPG experience • Background and portfolio w/ branding, campaign, and visual storytelling across mix of media (web, social, email, retail, video, print). • Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma • 2-5+ years of professional design experience. Responsibilities • Collaborate with other designers to develop national product launch campaigns, quarterly promotions, and other brand initiatives. • Create and maintain visual brand guidelines, style guides, and design templates. • Develop omni-channel marketing campaigns with a customer-first mindset. • Use data and research to inform design decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. • Present creative concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams. • Stay current with design trends, advertising, and the home category. • Build scalable design systems and processes to optimize recurring projects. • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
