Process Design & Web Operations Strategy Consultant Position Overview A global enterprise client (Fortune 500) is seeking a senior-level consultant to assess and optimize website project intake and operations of its digital marketing and digital product management function. This role will focus on improving governance, workflows, and team alignment across a complex hub-and-spoke model that supports global web strategy and site development. The Process Design & Web Operations Strategy Consultant will lead a strategic evaluation of current processes, roles, and technology, delivering a comprehensive point of view (POV) and roadmap for project workflows and operational enhancements to drive scalability, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise objectives. This project will kick off in January and will require approximately 20+ hours per week for 3 - 6 months. Key Responsibilities • Conduct stakeholder interviews and team assessments. • Audit current organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities. • Evaluate existing processes and tools used for creative and content operations. • Deliver a strategic POV and recommendations for team reorganization and operational improvements. • Provide a roadmap for implementation, including change management and communication strategies. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and redesigning process workflows to support evolving business needs and operational excellence. • Expertise in optimizing workflows for web development, content hierarchy, SEO, and site governance. • Proven success operating within large, global enterprise settings, with an understanding of scale, governance, and cross-functional dynamics. • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Workfront, as well as Adobe Experience Manager, with the ability to assess and optimize their use in creative and marketing operations and team workflows. • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, implement streamlined processes, and lead change initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations. • Ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders. • Experience working across product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to align operational strategies and deliver integrated outcomes. • Understanding of hub-and-spoke models and governance frameworks for large-scale site portfolios. • Knowledge of tools such as AEM, workflow platforms (e.g., Monday.com), DAM systems, and analytics solutions. • Ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics to inform organizational decisions and process improvements. • Background in leading or advising on operational change within large, global enterprises.
