Our New York-based client in the men's apparel space is looking for a Graphic Designer with paid social content design experience. This FULLY-REMOTE, part-time, freelance assignment starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate and will continue (10-20 hours per week) in an ongoing capacity. Hours may vary based on workload. The ideal Graphic Designer brings experience designing paid social content, ideally in the direct-to-consumer apparel space. We're looking for someone who can understand a high-quality and environmentally sustainable brand aesthetic and target customer base. This Designer must be highly collaborative but confident bringing ideas to the table. This is an exciting role on a small team with the potential for growth! Graphic Designer Responsibilities • Design 20-30 paid ads per month • Design other pieces for both the traditional and digital space such as sales/product collateral, email, web, social, and more, as needed • Translate marketing/brand strategies into exceptional design and creative initiatives • Ensure that brand standards are being adhered to and used throughout all design pieces • Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders • Present ideas to both internal and external teams • Ensure the quality of design strengthens and supports the brand, ensuring message consistency and brand personality/tone • Prioritize assignments and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of all assets Graphic Designer Requirements • 3+ years experience of graphic design, preferably in the DTC apparel space • Experience executing a brand voice through visual creative • Portfolio showcasing relevant work across print and digital • Portfolio must have examples of paid ad experience • Motion, Video and/or Photography experience is a plus but not a must In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
