Join a global leader in medical technology as a Global Product Marketing Manager, driving innovative strategies across the Diagnostics and Microbiology portfolios. In this high-impact role, you will shape and execute marketing initiatives that span continents, influence healthcare outcomes, and elevate brand presence in a rapidly evolving industry. This role is fully remote! This person MUST have experience in the diagnostics/microbiology space. There is flexibility to travel approximately 15% to 20% of the time, with some potential for global travel. This position is eligible for up to a 20% bonus as well! Requirements Of The Senior Global Marketing Manager • Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management required • Experience managing a portfolio of products • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences. MBA and global experience is desired • Experience in Diagnostics, Microbiology and/or Infectious Diseases is preferred Soft Skills Required • Ability to understand and translate scientific, clinical, and technical information into marketing and customer benefits • Demonstrated track record in identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, targeted marketing, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and go-to-market models and strategies • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple competing projects across functions and regions is required Responsibilities Of The Global Product Marketing Manager • Leading the development and implementation of global marketing tools and initiatives • Driving adoption, acquiring and retaining customers with information to enable growth • Developing and executing global marketing/launch plans • Ensuring alignment across the microbiology portfolio and portfolio strategy • Analyzing industry, market, policy, and social trends to identify customer needs relating to informatics • Collaborating with regional marketing teams to align marketing plans • Developing effective marketing/sales tools to drive competitive advantage • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate inputs into strategy, investment needs, evidence generation plan, and market shaping • Developing financial models to support business cases and investment needs In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
