Our enterprise client in the technology space is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Filmmaker / AI Prompt Engineer to join their creative team. This role blends storytelling, filmmaking, and AI prompting to generate short-form video content (5 to 30 seconds) for social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with deep knowledge of filmmaking, editing, and AI video generation tools. This is a full-time opportunity. Client prefers candidates who are local to or open to relocating to Round Rock/Austin, TX You'll be working with cutting-edge platforms like Google Veo, Adobe Firefly, and the Adobe Creative Suite to craft compelling scripts, storyboards, and visual prompts that guide AI tools in producing high-quality video content. Key Responsibilities • Storytelling & Scripting: Develop short-form scripts and visual narratives tailored for social media. • Prompt Engineering: Craft detailed prompts for AI video generation tools (Google Veo, Adobe Firefly) to produce cinematic-quality content. • Storyboarding & Visual Planning: Create storyboards and still frames to guide AI-generated video production. • Filmmaking Expertise: Apply knowledge of camera angles, lighting, pacing, and editing to inform prompt creation and video refinement. • Content Creation: Generate engaging 5-30 second videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. • Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, editors, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in filmmaking, video editing, or visual storytelling. • Strong understanding of AI video generation tools, especially Google Veo. • Proficiency in Adobe Firefly and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual composition. • Ability to write clear, descriptive prompts that guide AI tools effectively. • Familiarity with social media trends and short-form content formats. • Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Portfolio of work examples Experience working in a fast-paced content or creative agency environment. Background in animation, motion graphics, or VFX is a plus. Understanding of generative AI trends and ethical considerations in content creation.
