Our insurance/financial client is seeking a eLearning Designer to join their team on a 4 week assignment, working roughly 25 hours a week. The ELearning Designer Must Have • Requires 5+ years of experience in eLearning design • Must have Rise Articulate expertise • Experience in insurance/finance industries, especially those transitioning from legacy systems to agile/tech-forward processes, is a strong plus • Familiarity with business analysis (BA) concepts preferred Job Details • Will co-create and build an 8-week pilot training module in Rise, using existing structure and resources • Expected to be a thought partner and iterative designer/developer, owning the MVP product • Will help establish a feedback loop with learners and team members to refine future modules • Rise module will serve as the central knowledge base supporting live meetings, mentor programs, and SME workshops (managed by client) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
