Minimum 5 years client experience, 3+ years managing people, strong organic digital marketing background, agency experience, and HubSpot proficiency.
Our agency client is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Director of Client Experience to support their growing demand. This role will work closely with the current Director to manage client relationships, oversee team performance, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in organic SEO strategies and content optimization.
