Full Description

Our DTC health and nutrition-focused client is looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join their team on a 4-month contract. This position is 40 hours a week and fully remote. You must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the digital customer experience across multiple brands. This position will require strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and a knowledge of UX design best practices. Responsibilities of the Digital Product Specialist: Digital Product & Operations (50%) - Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch. -Manage website updates, content changes, promo codes, and issue resolution. -Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Brand, and agencies to deliver innovative digital solutions. -Ensure brand-specific alignment in all digital strategies. Digital Reporting & Insights (30%) -Provide accurate reporting for monthly business reviews -Analyze UX data (Glassbox, customer feedback) to identify gaps and optimize experiences. Digital Experience Strategy (20%) -Own BazaarVoice platform strategy and optimization. -Create HTML mockups in Figma; leverage data and AI for onsite enhancements. -Align digital strategies with enterprise and brand priorities. Requirements of the Digital Product Specialist: - Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business; MBA preferred. - A minimum of 3 years in digital product management or UX roles. - Project management (e.g., Monday.com), analytics, strategic thinking, collaboration, marketing fundamentals, adaptability - Experience with commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce), CMS/OMS ecosystems, UX/UI design, and nutrition industry knowledge In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
