Global entertainment and hospitality client is seeking an Associate Manager of Marketing Partnerships and Promotions to work with their team. This a 40 hour/week, contract opportunity extending to mid-September 2026. You must work in a hybrid capacity with 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday, remote Friday) in Anaheim, CA The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven leader who runs purposeful meetings, balances big-picture thinking with sharp attention to detail, and anticipates needs before they arise. They listen closely enough to spot emerging trends, then rally the team around that insight, bringing creative, solution-oriented thinking to keep projects on track and a positive, collaborative energy that makes people want to work with them. Above all, they're organized, adaptable, and relentless in their follow-through thriving on change and managing every project to a successful finish. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Manage components of tactical projects under the assigned program lead -Management support of overall media partners through the dedicated Market Managers. Inclusive but not limited to promotional agreements, ticket orders, proposals, broadcast forms, scheduling, etc. -Produce campaign recap decks for external and internal business unit partners; and conduct post-campaign analysis (calculating metrics such as media value, reach/impressions, and ROI) -Oversee input of assigned projects into the departments critical systems and tools i.e. AP.com, Box, Sharepoint -Be a contributing thought partner for promotional opportunities: identifying potential new partners (both media and non-media) with concise recommendations for the team -Work with the senior managers to help identify efficiencies and best practices. MUST HAVE: -Bachelors Degree -3+ years experience in marketing, promotions, or advertising agency industry -Strong sense of ownership and urgency -Demonstrates a level of high efficiency -Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills -Proficient in the full suite of Office/Mac software including Outlook, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Deadline driven, detail-oriented and able to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines and project deliverables NICE TO HAVE: -Entertainment experience -Quantitative/analytical skills -Knowledge and experience in TV & Radio production -Experience with promotional agreements and contracts -Experience in client/account management In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
