Our client in the healthcare space is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer Technical Specialist. This role is: - 25 hours/week - Fully Remote - Potential 2/1 start date, through 7/30/26 This position will act as a liaison between their business and IT teams, working to translate business marketing offers into condition logic. You will be expected to ensure their offers matrix is set up in a scalable manner that allows for business growth, along with supporting their uniquely branded partnerships. The ideal candidate: - Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design - Experience with QA methodologies, test tools, and debugging techniques. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deliverables. - Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or the pharmaceutical space is highly preferred - Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Adobe's Real-Time Customer Profile and SQL. - Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs). - Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional team members, establish trust and credibility in a matrixed organization, as well as demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills. This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best! Primary Responsibilities: - Lead testing and documentation efforts for generation of member-facing materials. This role requires the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AJO configurations, integrations, and offers through rigorous validation and comprehensive documentation. Further details here: Testing and Validation: - Develop and execute test plans for AJO offer generation - Validate data ingestion, schema mapping, and identity resolution across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Perform end-to-end testing of offer triggers, decisioning logic, and personalized content delivery - Collaborate with developers and data engineers to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues - Conduct regression testing following platform updates and configuration challenges. Documentation: - Create and maintain technical documentation for AJO configurations, APIs, schemas, and custom actions. - Document testing procedures, results, and known issues for internal QA and stakeholder review. - Develop user guides and SOPs for offer generation and channel setup. - Maintain version control and change logs for all documentation assets. Collaboration & Support: - Work closely with marketers, developers, and data engineers to ensure alignment on journey goals and technical feasibility. - Provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance and platform usage. - Support technical walkthroughs as necessary.
