Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) Content Author to join our embedded contractor team supporting a global pharmaceutical client. This role will focus on creating and maintaining high-quality web pages using Adobe EDS and AEM workflows, ensuring alignment with design specifications and accessibility standards. You will work closely with design, product, and account teams to deliver a unified, patient-focused digital experience. Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred) Start Date: Mid-January 2026 Duration: Full-time, 40 hours/week through December 31, 2026 Key Responsibilities • Page Authoring & Layout • Build new web pages (up to 3 per day) based on given Figma files and update existing pages using Adobe EDS blocks and templates. • Translate Figma designs into fully authored pages, ensuring visual and functional accuracy. • Perform light content edits, image swaps, and label changes as needed. • Digital Asset Management • Source and manage assets via AEM DAM, including collections and product-specific media. • Ensure assets meet quality standards (e.g., clarity, correct naming) and accessibility requirements. • Quality Assurance & Accessibility • Conduct QA checks to confirm pages match Figma designs and meet brand guidelines. • Annotate missing accessibility elements (e.g., transcripts for videos) and flag issues for review. Implement feedback from accessibility audits and internal reviews. • Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with product managers, account managers, and design teams to resolve questions and implement changes. • Participate in review cycles via Viva and make updates based on annotations. • Ensure timely delivery of pages and adherence to project timelines. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in web content authoring within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) ideally additional years of experience with web content via other tools outside of Adobe • Strong understanding of EDS blocks, page structure, and document-based authoring workflows. • Familiarity with Figma and ability to translate design files into authored pages. • Experience with AEM DAM for asset management and optimization. • Some knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to identify potential issues. • Detail-oriented with strong QA skills and ability to work independently. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments. • Familiarity with global/multi-regional websites. • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting. • Exposure to Adobe Universal Editor and document-based authoring workflows.
