Executive Training & Leadership Coach (Remote | Independent Contractor) Description Are you an experienced Executive or Leadership Coach looking for a fresh direction? We are seeking purpose-driven professionals to collaborate with us in a remote, independent contractor role. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in coaching, leadership, consulting, recruitment, or marketing who want to apply their skills in the expanding personal development and leadership training sector. You’ll be partnering with a global education and media company with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful leadership and professional development programs. As we continue to expand internationally, we’re building a team of forward-thinking coaches who value flexibility, autonomy, and growth. Key Responsibilities • Coach & Mentor: Guide professionals navigating career and leadership transitions through structured coaching conversations. • Client Consultations: Conduct Zoom or phone-based strategy sessions to identify goals and create actionable growth plans. • Digital Engagement: Use online platforms to connect with and engage aligned clients. • Operate Independently: Manage your coaching practice within a proven mentorship framework. • Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
