What You'll Do: - You will design eye-catching graphics for digital ads, social media, retail packaging, and other marketing materials. - You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy. - You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. - You will maintain brand consistency across all visual communications. - You will stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas to keep our brand fresh and relevant. - You will prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring technical accuracy. - You will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer products. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with motion graphics or video editing. - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. - Familiarity with retail packaging design and production processes. - Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
