Job Summary Create Music Group is seeking a motivated and highly organized Creative Services & Business Development Intern to support our creative services initiatives and internal roster under the guidance of the Director of Business Development. This role supports the coordination and execution of creative pitches, demo preparation, and partner communication, working closely with internal teams and external partners, including labels, publishers, managers, and collaborators. The intern will play a key role in helping service and position Create Music Group’s current roster for creative and commercial opportunities. This is a part-time internship designed for current graduate students for the Spring 2026 term. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3-4 month period. This is a mostly remote, hybrid-work role - interns may be asked to report to the Los Angeles headquarters occasionally. Responsibilities Support creative services pitches by organizing demos, song files, metadata, and pitch materials Assist in liaising with external partners, including labels, publishers, managers, and collaborators Help service and support Create Music Group’s internal roster Coordinate and track outgoing demo submissions and creative opportunities Maintain internal trackers related to creative pitches, client outreach, and opportunity flow Assist the Director of Business Development with day-to-day creative services initiatives Collaborate with internal publishing, distribution, and label teams Qualifications Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student eligible to receive credit for this internship Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Strong interest in the music business and associated creative services Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel Professional communication skills Discretion with confidential materials Program Details Start Date: Flexible Hybrid role: Mostly remote, may be asked to come into LA office on occasion Length: 3-4 months Schedule: 10–20 hours per week (flexible to accommodate academic commitments) Fair Chance Policy In accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider employment for qualified applicants with criminal histories.
