Job Description Enterprise & Mid-Market Staffing | New Business Hunter Now we’re saying the quiet part out loud. This is a senior-level enterprise staffing sales role for someone who knows how to open doors, navigate complex buyers, and close staffing business that actually sticks. If you’ve sold enterprise or mid-market staffing solutions and still enjoy the hunt, read on. What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting and winning new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients Selling direct hire and staffing solutions (consultative, not transactional) Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement Working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers Building a repeatable, predictable pipeline Operating remotely with autonomy and accountability Qualifications What We’re Looking For 7+ years of enterprise or mid-market staffing sales experience Proven success in new business development Experience selling staffing or professional services (required) Strong virtual selling and discovery skills Documented quota attainment CRM discipline and clean follow-through What This Is Not Not entry-level Not account management only Not transactional staffing sales Not a “post and pray” role Additional Information Why This Role Fully remote Competitive base + uncapped commission Real delivery support behind the sale Room to build, grow, and win without micromanagement If you’ve sold enterprise staffing before and want a remote role that respects experience and performance, this is worth a conversation.
