We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Electrical Project Manager. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will work mainly on managing and overseeing Transit project from various agencies including Amtrak, MTA, and Port Authority. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects end to end from scheduling, submittals, procurements, design, construction, and close-out - Execute projects on time and in the most effective manner through resource management and cost management - Lead progress meetings with the customer and subcontractors - Read and understand contract drawings and specifications - Communicate and coordinate work with subcontractors - Conduct take-offs for projects and assist with estimates for new project bids - Manage field activities such as surveys and inspection tests Qualifications: - Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager for at least 10 years (experience on Transit projects is preferred) - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong communication and organization - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively lead a team and manage projects - Reliable transportation to job sites and the ability to work in various locations across New York City, Washington DC, and Connecticut Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Have you managed MTA, Amtrak, or Port Authority projects before?
