Job Description The Cost Control Analyst I will have a thorough understanding of preparing project labor and expense plans and forecasting through the use of accounting and project management systems. Processing project billings as well as providing assistance in client billings will be undertaken, while providing a thorough review of overall financials on assigned projects Responsibilities · Prepare project labor and expense plans · Forecast through the use of accounting and project management systems · Process project billings · Assist in client billings · Review of overall financials on assigned project Qualifications Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field · Minimum of two years of related experience Additional Qualifications · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus · Experience with PMWeb Project Management software a plus · General understanding of accounting standards and principles · Must be comfortable working to established deadlines during financial periods · Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy should be maintained · Knowledge of basic financial/accounting/administrative duties Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
