With a reputation for cutting-edge technology and reliable systems, they are expanding their North American footprint—and looking for a proven sales leader to help drive that growth. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can: Develop and grow Packaging industry accounts across the East Coast Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to define growth strategies Serve as a trusted technical advisor on hot runner systems Provide actionable market insights to support business development You’re a great fit if you have: Proven sales experience in plastics, injection molding, or hot runner systems Deep understanding of the packaging sector (strongly preferred) Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills A self-driven, results-focused mindset with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Commission: 2% on all sales from new customers Vehicle: Company car or $700/month allowance (plus fuel & maintenance) Healthcare: Comprehensive plan or equivalent allowance Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match PTO: 3 weeks vacation + holidays (including Christmas & New Year) Ready to make an impact in a growing market with an industry leader?
