Job Title: Sales Manager – Hot Runner Systems (Midwest Region) Location: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota Company Overview Our client has 40+ years of experience as industry leaders in plastics/injection molding equipment. They provide advanced hot runner systems and precision components for plastic injection molding, helping manufacturers improve efficiency, reduce material waste, and achieve high-quality, consistent production. About The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Hot Runner Systems sales in the Midwest region, covering Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding accounts, and driving growth in general Hot Runner applications. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow accounts across the Midwest territory. Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities. Deliver expert technical knowledge and support to customers. Collaborate with leadership to establish sales strategies and growth initiatives. Provide feedback and market insights to management. Support long-term business development and potential team growth. Qualifications Proven sales success, ideally in plastics, injection molding, or hot runner systems. Knowledge of manufacturing industries preferred. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within assigned region. Self-driven and results-focused with the ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100k-$115k annually Commission: 2% on sales from new customers Vehicle: Company-provided vehicle or $700/month allowance (plus fuel & maintenance) Healthcare: Comprehensive plan or equivalent allowance Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match PTO: 3 weeks paid vacation annually plus holidays (including Christmas & New Year) ,
