Our client—a leader in residential and commercial disaster restoration—is seeking a dynamic Restoration Sales Rep to build and expand relationships that generate property mitigation and restoration opportunities. With deep expertise in water, fire, mold, and storm recovery, this organization has earned a reputation for speed, quality, and professionalism in times of crisis. What You’ll Do Build strong referral pipelines with insurance agents, adjusters, community managers, and first responders Generate a consistent stream of qualified business leads across the restoration industry Execute daily prospecting and lead follow-ups with a structured, CRM-driven approach Maintain and grow a book of business through strong communication and customer service Track all sales activity in CRM software and manage the full sales cycle from contact to close What You Bring 5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience Prior experience in restoration or a related industry is strongly preferred High energy, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills Strong time management and goal-setting abilities Tech-savvy with CRM experience and proficiency in business software Must be able to pass a background and DMV check Compensation & Perks $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission 6% commission on revenue after $1M sold within a 12-month sales cycle Company vehicle, credit card (gas and marketing), marketing budget, and hardware/data plan Significant stock opportunity based on performance Health, dental, and vision insurance Four weeks of paid time off (2 PTO + 2 UTO) All major holidays off ,
