Details: Full-time, direct hire Fully remote position – must be in the United States $80-110k + annual bonus Cybersecurity experience required Job Summary The Client Operations Manager oversees daily client engagement, from preparing researched meeting briefs to managing deal visibility, tracking key metrics, and optimizing strategies to drive pipeline growth. As Manager, you’ll oversee the initiatives behind client success, balancing organization, communication, and emotional intelligence while building strong relationships with startup CEOs, Sales Leaders, and Fortune 500 Executives. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing pipeline, providing regular updates on performance and project status. Track progress of the pipeline and KPIs, set milestones, and ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded. Work with internal teams to provide regular reporting insights on client progress and performance metrics, and to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the both external Clients and the internal BD Accounts team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within and across existing client accounts. Lead regular client reviews to assess progress, gaps, and identify strategies/concrete recommendations to overcome challenges Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, client/customer success, account management, and/or project management, ideally in a service-oriented or sales-driven business. Knowledge of Enterprise Sales, the IT/Cybersecurity enterprise landscape, or startups. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Able to approach complex problems with high emotional intelligence, while building strong relationships with a diverse group of executive client stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and use insights to improve client outcomes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple clients. Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other project management software. ,
