Location: Sanford, FL – Full-Time, Onsite Compensation: $50,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time + On-Call Rotation Travel: Local travel for in-home client consultations Experience: Customer service, client relations, healthcare, hospitality, admissions, or similar experience preferred About The Opportunity Our client is seeking a compassionate, professional, and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families. This role manages the client experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, helping families understand their home care options, conducting in-home consultations, completing intake documentation, and guiding new clients through the transition into care. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can quickly build trust with families during sensitive situations. Previous home care experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable asking for the business and guiding prospective clients toward a decision without using a high-pressure sales approach. What You'll Do • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients and their families • Conduct intake calls to understand care needs and answer questions about available services • Schedule and perform in-home consultations with prospective clients and families • Build rapport and establish trust while educating families on home care options • Confidently guide prospective clients through the enrollment process and secure new client commitments • Manage the intake process from initial lead inquiry through signed service agreement • Follow up with prospective clients and families to answer questions and support their decision-making process • Complete required intake paperwork and maintain accurate client records within company systems • Coordinate with scheduling and care teams to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to service • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake and onboarding experience • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and within the local community • Travel locally using a personal vehicle for client consultations On-Call Responsibilities • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule • Respond to after-hours client needs and inquiries • Assist with caregiver staffing issues as needed • Support prospective clients who contact the organization outside of regular business hours What You'll Bring • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Warm, professional, and confident phone presence • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and families during sensitive situations • Ability to build trust and develop relationships quickly • Comfortable asking for the business and closing new client opportunities without relying on high-pressure sales tactics • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Valid driver's license • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Preferred Experience • Customer service • Client relations • Healthcare or home care • Hospitality • Admissions or intake • Sales or other client-facing positions Previous Home Care Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
