Job Summary We're looking for an energetic, driven Sales Representative to expand our dealer network throughout the Orlando / Central Florida market. In this field-based role, you'll introduce our blinds and shades to window covering retailers, showrooms, and design professionals. If you’re a self-starter with experience in the home décor or window-coverings industry, this opportunity is built for you. What You’ll Do Grow and manage a strong portfolio of dealer accounts in your territory Visit retailers to showcase product lines, new releases, and promotions Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer support Track sales activity and share insights on customer needs and local trends Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows What You Bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience in window coverings or home décor Knowledge of blinds, shades, shutters, or similar products (preferred) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Compensation & Perks Commission: 5–8% of sales, plus performance bonuses Monthly car allowance ($500) + mileage reimbursement Paid time off after 6 months Paid training and full marketing support Employee discount ,
