They are searching for a General Manager to join their team ASAP! Salary $80-100k base salary (flexible/based on experience) Job Summary The General Manager will oversee production staffing, workflow coordination, and employee relations within a high-volume, fast-paced facility. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable managing both permanent and temporary labor, and can ensure efficient production and compliance with company standards. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. Manage and support a team of approximately 40 staff members, including shift leads and office personnel. Serve as the primary HR contact for the facility — handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and coordination with temp agencies. Maintain compliance with food safety standards in collaboration with the Quality and Food Safety team (or oversee this function until a new hire is made) Partner with senior leadership to support operational efficiency and growth. Assist with workforce scheduling and shift coverage to ensure consistent operations. Promote a positive, inclusive, and bilingual (English/Spanish) work environment. Communicate regularly with international partners and the company’s Canadian facility to align production goals. Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish required. 5+ years of experience in operations management, HR management, or production supervision (food industry experience strongly preferred). Proven success in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Experience managing temporary labor and working with staffing agencies. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance preferred.,
