Responsibilities: • Comprehensive 360° Team Assessment • Conduct interviews and surveys across business units to identify pain points and gaps in content strategy, workflows, and resource alignment. • Deliver a findings report with prioritized recommendations. • Content Audit Across Teams (ADI, Studio, B2B Enterprise) • Inventory and analyze current content output across three production teams. • Provide insights on redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for integration. • Unified Content Production Process • Design and implement a standardized workflow that streamlines production across GMI. • Define roles, responsibilities, and approval flows. • Document and train stakeholders on the process. • Facilitate publishing on website • AI Tool Implementation • Evaluate and deploy AI tools for content creation, editing, and management. • Develop best practices and training guides for team adoption. • Establish measurable efficiency gains and creative impact. • Content Tracking & Measurement • Create unique IDs and tracking systems to monitor content performance and lifecycle. • Partner with analytics teams to connect content efforts to business outcomes. Qualifications: • 8-10+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or equivalent. • Experience with Adobe Workfront tool or equivalent. • Must have large B2B SaaS content/operations experience. • Comfortable working in a cross functional, highly matrix environment. Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S. Duration: Part-time, Consulting Rate: $70 - $85/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location) Committed to Diversity.
