Full Description

We are looking for a senior Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in the Life Sciences industry and strong expertise in SAP. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of Life Sciences business models and end-to-end processes and should have played a key role in implementing SAP solutions across multiple Life Sciences organizations. This role will provide industry leadership, guide SAP solution design, and ensure alignment with Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: • Act as the Life Sciences industry SME for SAP-enabled programs and initiatives. • Provide deep understanding of Life Sciences business processes, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial operations. • Lead and support end-to-end SAP implementations (ECC and S/4HANA) across Life Sciences clients. • Guide SAP solution design to ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards. • Participate in blueprinting, solution reviews, testing, validation, and go-live activities. • Advise business and IT stakeholders on SAP best practices and industry standards. • Support transformation roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor project teams and ensure adherence to Life Sciences and SAP delivery standards. Required Skills: • 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices). • Proven experience delivering multiple SAP implementations within Life Sciences organizations. • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC. • Solid understanding of Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements. • Experience across key SAP modules such as PP, QM, MM, SD, EWM, APO/IBP. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualification: • Experience with global SAP rollouts and large transformation programs. • Exposure to SAP Life Sciences–specific solutions (e.g., Track & Trace). • Background in consulting or large system integrator environments.
