Extensive leadership and project management experience with skills in sales operations and technology implementations but lacks direct healthcare B2B sales and territory management experience.
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Director to own and grow a defined regional territory. This role is ideal for a consultative, driven seller who thrives on building trusted relationships and closing deals. You will leverage Craniometrix’s differentiated value proposition to partner with neurology practices, health systems, and strategic stakeholders to expand adoption and deliver meaningful impact. What You’ll Do Territory & Pipeline Leadership Own full sales cycle execution for a defined region — from initial outreach to deal close. Build an accurate, disciplined pipeline with consistent forecasting and CRM hygiene. Segment accounts strategically, prioritize high-impact targets, and deploy engagement tactics that deliver outcomes. Relationship Building & Consultative Selling Develop trusted relationships with neurology practice leaders, operational decision makers, and clinical stakeholders. Conduct discovery conversations to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and strategic priorities. Articulate Craniometrix’s value to differentiate our solutions within competitive procurement environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner cross-functionally with a small, but mighty team to tailor market messaging, feedback loops, and sales enablement. Collaborate with our enrollment team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. Travel & Field Engagement Strategically plan and execute in-market visits to clients and prospects. Represent Craniometrix at key industry events, local meetings, and professional gatherings. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 5 - 8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare (SaaS, data/analytics, clinical platforms, RCM, or related) Demonstrated success in managing a territory and exceeding quota Strong consultative selling capabilities with executive-level engagement Skilled at remote outreach, virtual selling, and structured discovery Excellent written and verbal communication High emotional intelligence with comfort in building credibility quickly Work Style Self-starter and adaptable — comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Coachable, resilient, and data-driven in decision-making Effective both independently and collaboratively across teams Travel Expectations 2 weeks per month for customer visits, strategic meetings, and industry events Preferred Qualifications Background in selling into neurology practices, geriatric practices, primary care practices, health systems, or specialty care markets Proven experience in either sales at a pharma, healthtech, or similar organization Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement platforms Track record of contributing to pipeline strategies and competitive positioning Bonus points if you have a medical degree, clinical degree, a doctorate, or like qualification.
