We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Growth Operations Associate to help accelerate our growth. This is a hybrid role combining strategy, execution, and business development for early-stage deal execution. The ideal candidate will be interested in honing their strategy mindset and supporting deal execution. You will play a critical role in setting the sales vision, while also supporting and owning portions of the sales cycle alongside our Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in providing clarity to ambiguity, enjoys being involved in prospecting and closing, and wants hands-on exposure to scaling a high-growth healthcare startup. You will partner closely with leadership to define sales, refine messaging, experiment with outreach strategies, and convert interest into signed partnerships. What You’ll Do Commercial Strategy & Operations Identify patterns in outreach performance and conversion metrics to refine targeting and messaging. Partner cross-functionally to improve sales enablement materials, talk tracks, and collateral. Contribute insights from the field to inform product positioning and competitive differentiation. Help build repeatable processes that scale as the Growth team expands. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Partnerships, Enrollment, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and customer onboarding. Share feedback from prospects to help shape go-to-market strategy. Represent Craniometrix with professionalism and credibility in all external interactions. Early-Stage Sales Execution Own initial discovery calls and needs assessments with prospective partners. Advance qualified opportunities through early sales stages, including stakeholder mapping and objection handling. Support proposal development, pricing conversations, and follow-ups to drive deals toward close. Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline tracking, and clear forecasting inputs. Pipeline Creation & Market Development Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals). Research and segment target accounts across neurology practices, specialty clinics, and health system partners. Build and manage structured outbound campaigns, continuously testing messaging and sequencing. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations. Travel & Field Engagement Represent Craniometrix at select key industry events, local meetings, and professional gatherings. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or high-performance customer-facing roles Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort leading discovery conversations Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM (i.e., Hubspot) tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Definitive Health, Canva, etc.) Work Style Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments Resilient and coachable — comfortable with frequent feedback and iteration Curious and proactive in identifying new opportunities Comfortable balancing structured outreach with consultative selling Motivated by impact, ownership, and measurable results Travel Expectations Periodic customer visits, strategic meetings, and industry events Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into healthcare practices, specialty care, or health systems Exposure to SaaS, healthtech, or value-based care models Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation platforms Track record of contributing to outbound strategy or sales process improvements
