Full Description

Essential Job Functions • Design and manage global security initiatives including physical security, asset protection, crisis management, and travel safety. • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments across facilities, supply chains, and digital infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness. • Lead global incident response planning and execution, including emergency preparedness and business continuity. • Serve as a key liaison during critical events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. • Partner with regional security leads, operations teams, and executive leadership to align security priorities with business goals. • Provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization. • Prepare and present regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and program performance. • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements • Ability to travel to transportation sites and facilities as needed. • Extended periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting. • Use of computers and standard office equipment. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Transportation, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in transportation security, logistics, or related field. • Strong knowledge of business methodologies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Experience managing corporate security programs. • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Other Skills and Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management abilities. • Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results through others. Knowledge and expertise in project/program management and portfolio management methodologies and tools. Ability to strategically plan over a 12–24 month time span, strong client orientation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
