Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manage multiple complex projects involving different vendors and subcontractors at any given time. Understand the flow of how the systems we deliver are designed and built. Provide feedback to other departments to learn and become more efficient. Manage subcontractors on and off site. Present current project status and answer questions during meetings with all business units. Work with all internal partners to ensure that jobs and projects meet appropriate service level and on-time delivery standards. Understand customer compliance requirements and specifications. Support the company’s policies, processes, and procedures. Ask questions to ensure a complete and smooth handoff from Sales to Project Management Conduct Project Execution Kickoff meetings with internal stakeholders Employ Project management methodologies to manage schedules, hold others accountable to meet task deadlines, track and manage budget, and manage project risk. Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements & Certifications Minimum Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, production planning and control, or related roles. Technical Skills: Analyzing project requirements and understanding what is required to complete projects/tasks. Cryogenic system knowledge/ Piping Design. Cryogenic fluids and safety knowledge. Welding, soldering, and field fabrication knowledge. Generating or adapting equipment and technology to enhance efficiency. Engineering/design capabilities. Work Activities: Remaining in constant communication with appropriate project engineer for each project. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships. Obtaining information. Tasks and Detailed Work Activities: Maintain knowledge of all current project schedules. Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders, internal & external, while in and out of the office. Visit/Travel to current jobsites as needed. Reading and Understanding Construction Documents. Provide seamless project management through proper turnover (delegation), as required. Complete expense reports, sales reports, project reports, or other paperwork. Study product information to acquire professional knowledge. Share sales-related or market information with colleagues. Work with Design department and Engineering to ensure completeness prior to manufacturing. Attend events to develop professional knowledge. Technology & Computer Skills & Software Databases - Using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information. Graphics - Working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs. Internet - Using a computer application to create, manipulate, edit, and show virtual slide presentations. Navigation - Using scroll bars, a mouse, and dialog boxes to work within the computer's operating system. Being able to access and switch between applications and files of interest. Presentations - Navigating the Internet to find information, including the ability to open and configure standard browsers; use searches, hypertext references, and transfer protocols; and send and retrieve electronic mail (e-mail). Spreadsheets - Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs. Word Processing - Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents. Virtual Meetings – Setting up and attending virtual meetings using a variety of different platforms; Microsoft Teams, Bluejeans, Gotomeeting, Google Hangout, etc. Personal, Notebook and Tablet Computers - Customer relationship management (CRM software), database user interface and query software, enterprise resource planning (ERP software), analytical or scientific software, QuickBooks Enterprise accounting software, transaction security and virus protection software, Microsoft Office Suite software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook/Exchange), business intelligence and data analysis software, calendar and scheduling software, data mining software, information retrieval or search software, internet browser software, network security and virtual private network. Special Requirement: Travel and overnight stays with some possible international travel May be required to work weekends and holidays as business necessitates; schedules will be determined by management with at least 48 hours advance notice. Work Environment Working in the shop, the following conditions may apply: Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
