Our products include retractable awnings, sunrooms, decking, and railings. Overview We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Digital Media Project Manager to own and execute a wide range of digital and print marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who can manage projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Photo & Video Content • Generate high-quality visual content for marketing, training, and promotional use • Manage all aspects of photo and video production, including pre-production planning, on-site shoots, and post-production editing • Ensure video content aligns with brand standards and messaging Layout, Graphic Design & Print • Layout brochures, catalogs, flyers, and other marketing collateral • Prepare print-ready files and understand printing specifications, formats, and file requirements • Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure quality output • Create digital assets optimized for web and marketing platforms General Design & Planning • Participate in planning, creating, and cultivating a cohesive design across the company and brands • Consult with others across the company to create a production schedule of digital and print assets Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in digital media, creative production, or a similar role • Strong hands-on experience with: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe InDesign • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Solid understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production) • Experience with layout and print production • Strong understanding of print file types, formats, and specifications • Ability to proactively identify and execute projects and next steps • Ability to problem solve when things don’t go as planned • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills At Craft-Bilt, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
