Technical Inside Sales Representative Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | Location: Hybrid | Department: Sales Overview Calculated Research & Technology (CR-T) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends sales execution, technical acumen, and executive support for the CEO—making it ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As the primary bridge between leadership, clients, and internal teams, you’ll help drive new business opportunities, support operational efficiency, and ensure seamless executive coordination. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels. • Develop a strong understanding of CR-T’s managed IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions. • Coordinate discovery meetings, demos, and follow-ups in partnership with the CEO or technical teams. • Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professional presentation. • Maintain CRM data (HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar) and track leads through the full sales cycle. • Support client renewals, upsells, and relationship-building efforts. Executive & Administrative Support • Provide direct, high-level administrative assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and correspondence. • Draft and manage executive-level communications, proposals, and presentations for clients and partners. • Track strategic initiatives, action items, and project deadlines; ensure timely follow-through on CEO commitments. • Prepare sales and performance reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership review. • Streamline CEO workflows, maintaining focus on priorities and operational efficiency. Collaboration & Coordination • Partner with marketing on outreach campaigns, events, and client engagement efforts. • Liaise across technical, operations, and finance teams to align sales commitments with delivery capability. • Gather client and market feedback to inform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: 2–4 years in inside sales, executive support, or business coordination—preferably within IT, MSP, or technology services. Experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferred. • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity fundamentals; ability to translate technical information into clear business value. • Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). • High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
