Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, communication skills, and relevant construction administration experience.
Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls • Scheduling and dispatch assistant • Quality customer service • Provide phone quotes to customers • Collect customer information for estimate requests • M-F 8:00 – 4:00 Minimum Requirements: • General knowledge of QuickBooks • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) • High attention to detail • Answering multiple phone lines and email's • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal. • Works well as a member of a team • The ability to think quickly and react to fast-changing situations • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-task • Knowledge of cities and counties for routing Preferred Experience: • Spanish speaking • Minimum of one year of specialized secretarial or construction administration • Familiar with construction platforms such as BuildPro/SupplyPro, BuilderTrend, Procore etc. • Experience with scheduling and dispatching jobs to multiple technicians • Familiar with construction scheduling programs (Smart Service, Access, Service Titan) • Possess knowledge of construction office administration from pre-construction to completion. • Familiar with reading plans, specifications and RFI's Project management- Working with our superintendents in charge of the projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
