Full Description

This role will focus on a strategic list of specific clients and build unique relationship and specific success plans (defined actions, owners, timing) per client that enable us to be more proactive to their needs and hold a more strategic and important role in their organization. This role will require in-depth knowledge of the organization along with strategic relationships that are necessary to effectively deliver consistent wins for the client. The ability to work across several engaged teams as the unifying force for the client's success is critical. In this role, you will create the ability to measure and derive insights on client use of our solutions at various levels of engagement and create Value Attainment measurement and reporting capability to understand, share, and publish to tell the client ROI story. As well as work to align clients to the TruBridge Reference Program. Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include: Manage complex client relationship(s) and advocate for the client Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with c-suite executive leadership across the client organization Oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction, adjust contractual scope as appropriate. Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed Continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship Establish best practices for client profitability management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions Serve as the escalation point and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention Manage the overall execution and relationships within assigned clients. Track and report client status, outlining clients at risk and where additional opportunities for sales exist. Work with consulting to define an optimal strategy for clients to enhance efficiency and profitability. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization in addition to overseeing all company related engagements, growing overall reference-ability, driving value, maintaining and advancing growth strategies and revenue and managing daily operational processes and interactions. Coordinate with TruBridge Financial Health to create an optimal client experience between business units. Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience/Certification Requirements Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution. Must be able to act both independently and as a team member. 5 plus years of experience with strategic account management Strong relationship builder with an ability to listen and connect the dots for the betterment of the client. Experience with influencing and motivating multiple teams to connect Strong analytical skills Willingness to travel as needed: 40% - 80% Preferred Qualifications: 6 plus 5 plus years of experience with strategic account management Why join our team?
