The Client Integration Specialist is responsible for managing the TruBridge application interfaces that connect healthcare providers with third-party vendors and internal systems. This role involves analyzing integration requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient care delivery.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of HL7 interface experience, along with 2 years of HL7 interface experience and familiarity with computer programming concepts. Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The client integration specialist is responsible for the TruBridge application interfaces that connect healthcare providers with third party vendors and TruBridge internal systems. This requires the ability to translate interface design specifications, combined with TruBridge customer-specific requirements, into a functional and supportable interface. This role has ability to analyze integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust technical solutions that support operational efficiency and enhanced patient care delivery. Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include: Apply working knowledge of TruBridge software and healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, XML, TCP/IP, SFTP, IHE protocols) to support interface implementation and troubleshooting. Analyze client workflows and integration requirements to deliver tailored, effective interface solutions. Lead interface implementation activities with clients including planning, documentation, communication, testing, and issue resolution with minimal supervision. Train clients on software and interface use, ensuring clear understanding of functionality and workflow impact. Provide timely post-implementation support, including follow-up communication, issue resolution, and client education. Monitor project milestones, adjust timelines as needed, and escalate delays or risks to management. Collaborate with internal teams to document system defects, contribute to quality testing, and support development efforts. Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required by department policy. Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience/Certification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of HL7 interface experience. 2 years of HL7 interface experience. Experience working with computer programming concepts. Experience working with interfacing/middleware technology. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution. Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
