Job Title: Property & Casualty Client , Service Representative Location: Pocono Laurel Lake, PA (Hybrid) Job Overview: The Property & Casualty Client Service Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, supporting Account Managers, assisting with marketing efforts, and managing various administrative tasks related to client servicing. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty. Key Responsibilities: • Client Inquiries: Address client questions, concerns, and policy inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Account Manager Support: Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks, including documentation, renewals, and client service. • Marketing & Quotes: Obtain quotes from carriers using online rating systems and prepare proposals for clients. • Billing & Invoicing: Process billing, managing invoices, and ensuring clients receive accurate financial information. • Finance Agreements: Assist with preparing and managing finance agreements for clients. • Proposal Preparation: Work with the marketing team to prepare and send proposals to clients, ensuring all details are accurate. Qualifications: • 1-3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance. • Property & Casualty License • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Experience working with Personal Lines. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
