Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts. • Conduct client meetings to review policies, coverage options, and risk management needs. • Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with minimal supervision. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. • Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding policy updates, claims, and billing. • Assist with new business opportunities and cross-selling additional coverage. Qualifications: • Experience in commercial lines insurance. • Property & Casualty License • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
