Company Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Influencer & Content Marketing, Associate Manager to support and help drive influencer marketing and content planning for the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who combines strong content instincts with data-driven decision-making and has experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution. Job Type Full-time Job Summary The Influencer & Content Marketing, Associate Manager will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing influencer partnerships, overseeing content execution, and optimizing campaign performance. This role works closely with marketing, creative, product, and external partners to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand, product, and campaign objectives. • Create content calendars, themes, and campaign plans. • Identify content opportunities based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market data. Influencer Marketing • Source, evaluate, and manage influencers across macro, micro, and niche categories. • Coordinate influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, content reviews, and approvals. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators. Content Development & Execution • Lead the creation of influencer-led, brand-owned, and campaign-focused content. • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business goals. • Maintain high-quality standards across all content initiatives. Trend Monitoring & Cultural Insights • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging cultural movements. • Turn insights into actionable content and influencer strategies. • Ensure content remains relevant and engaging for target audiences. Performance & Optimization • Monitor campaign KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and influencer effectiveness. • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements. • Optimize content strategies based on insights and results. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to support launches and campaigns. • Coordinate with agencies, content creators, and external vendors. • Support integration of content initiatives with paid media campaigns. Vendor & Agency Management • Manage relationships with influencer platforms, agencies, and content partners. • Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ROI. • Ensure high-quality and timely execution from all external partners. Performance Marketing Support • Assist with SEM and paid social campaign initiatives. • Monitor CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and other performance metrics. • Support lead generation efforts and campaign optimization. Qualifications: Required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Planning, or Digital Marketing. • Proven experience executing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution. • Strong understanding of social media content and influencer ecosystems. • Experience managing agencies, creators, and external vendors. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Hands-on experience with: • Instagram • TikTok • YouTube • Familiarity with: • Meta Business Suite • TikTok Ads Manager • Google Analytics • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action. Preferred • Experience within CPG, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands. • Experience managing long-term influencer partnerships. • Knowledge of U.S. and Korean cultural trends. • Understanding of K-pop culture. • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Fluency in English and Korean. Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
